A "Souper" Shower

Jason and I along with a few other couples hosted our good friends Chelsea and Steven a shower at our house a few weekends ago (And by a few I mean almost a month ago, I am way behind).  Chelsea and Steven are getting married in May in Belize.  So we all decided to host them a big miscellaneous shower.  The menu consisted of soups.  We had chicken and dumplins, taco soup, chilli, and potato soup.  The weather cooperated with us a we got a good chilli day to go along with our soups.  We also had a dessert bar that had make your own cupcakes, strawberry shortcakes, and mini-fruit pizzas.  Everything was wonderful and the couple got a lot of great gifts.  Of course I had my mom on hand to help with decorations and like usually she did a fabulous job!
